||Noch zu Lebzeiten gründete Mili Weber die «Mili Weber Stiftung» mit dem Zweck, ihr Zuhause, ihre Lebensweise und ihr Werk der Öffentlichkeit bekannt und zugänglich zu machen und zu erhalten. Seit bald 50 Jahren nun kann das kleine Haus mit dem unerschöpflich reichen Innenleben besucht werden. ..Before she died, Mili set up the Mili Weber Foundation with the aim to keep her home untouched, to allow the public to get acquainted with her way of living and her rich fantastic oeuvre. As a result, people have been able to visit the little house with its inexhaustibly rich interior for almost 50 years now.||

||Catherine Caratsch-Keller, Präsidentin..Catherine Caratsch-Keller, president||
||Catherine Caratsch-Keller hat ihre Kindheit in St. Moritz verbracht und hat nach längerer Abwesenheit von 2011 bis 2021 als Galeristin und zuletzt als Kulturbeauftragte der Tourismusgemeinde St. Moritz gewirkt. Sie trägt ein Master in Kunstgeschichte, Geschichte und Management der Universität Lausanne und hat 2021 eine Fortbildung in Allgemeiner Betriebswirtschaft an der Hochschule St. Gallen abgeschlossen.
Caratsch-Keller ist fasziniert von Mili Weber’s Märchenwelt, ihrer naturverbunden Lebensweise und ihrem ungewöhnlichen Lebenslauf.  Es ist ihr wichtig, dass Mili Webers vielfältiges künstlerisches Erbe für kommende Generationen konserviert wird, dem künstlerischen Nachlass gebührende Anerkennung zukommt und das Haus in seiner Einzigartigkeit und Authentizität bewahrt wird. Seit 2022 engagiert sich Caratsch-Keller als Stiftungsrätin, seit 2024 als Präsidentin. ..Catherine Caratsch-Keller spent her childhood in St. Moritz and, after a long absence, worked as a gallery owner from 2011 to 2021 and most recently as a cultural representative for the tourist municipality of St. Moritz. She holds a Master's degree in Art History, History and Management from the University of Lausanne and completed further training in General Business Administration at the University of St. Gallen in 2021.
Caratsch-Keller is fascinated by Mili Weber's fairytale world, her nature-loving lifestyle and her unusual life story.  It is important to her that Mili Weber's diverse artistic legacy is preserved for future generations, that her artistic legacy is duly recognised and that the house is preserved in its uniqueness and authenticity. Caratsch-Keller has been a member of the Board of Trustees since 2022 and President since 2024.||

||Ramiro Pedretti, Vizepräsident..Ramiro Pedretti, vice president||
||Ramiro Pedretti ist im Engadin aufgewachesen. Er schloss im Jahr 2012 das Studium der Rechtswissenschaften an der Universität Zürich mit dem Master of Law UZH ab und erlangte im Jahr 2014 das Anwaltspatent des Kantons Zürich. Nach dem Studium arbeitete Ramiro Pedretti in den Bereichen Baurecht und Informatik- und Telekommunikationsrecht. Das Anwaltspraktikum absolvierte er in einer auf Prozessrecht spezialisierten Kanzlei in Zürich, bevor er 2014 seine Tätigkeit als Rechtsanwalt in der Kanzlei Zinsli Nater Ganzoni in St. Moritz aufnahm. Im Jahr 2019 gründete er zusammen mit Riet Ganzoni die Kanzlei Ganzoni & Pedretti AG in St. Moritz.
Ramiro Pedretti ist Mitglied des Bündnerischen und des Schweizerischen Anwaltsverbands. Nebenberuflich amtet er als Vorstandsmitglied des Jagdvereins St. Moritz und ist in diversen Stiftungsräten tätig. ..Ramiro Pedretti grew up in the Engadin. He graduated from the University of Zurich in 2012 with a Master of Law UZH and was admitted to the bar of the Canton of Zurich in 2014. After completing his studies, Ramiro Pedretti worked in the areas of construction law and IT and telecommunications law. He completed his legal traineeship at a law firm specialising in litigation law in Zurich before joining the law firm Zinsli Nater Ganzoni in St. Moritz in 2014. In 2019, he founded the law firm Ganzoni & Pedretti AG in St. Moritz together with Riet Ganzoni.
Ramiro Pedretti is a member of the Grisons and Swiss Bar Associations. He is also a member of the board of the St. Moritz Hunting Association and serves on various foundation boards.||

||Stephan Uebersax, Finanzen..Stephan Uebersax, finances||
||Stephan Uebersax begann seine Laufbahn in der Finanzbranche mit einer Ausbildung zum Bankkaufmann und schloss ein berufsbegleitendes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft ab. Während seiner Zeit im Investmentbanking sowie als Analyst und Portfolio Manager bei Credit Suisse Asset Management in Zürich absolvierte er Weiterbildungen zum zertifizierten Portfoliomanager und Vermögensberater. Im Jahr 2008 zog er mit seiner Familie ins Engadin, wo er ab 2016 die Niederlassung der Credit Suisse leitete.
Heute führt Stephan Uebersax die Region Engadin für die EFG Bank AG in St. Moritz und ist Mitglied der Geschäftsleitung Schweiz. Als Prüfungsexperte im Bankwesen engagiert er sich in der Aus- und Weiterbildung junger Fachkräfte. Nebenberuflich ist er Mitglied eines weiteren Stiftungsrats und Vizepräsident des Verwaltungsrats der Energia Samedan. Zudem setzt er sich als Vorstandsmitglied des HGV Samedan-Bever für attraktive und zeitgemäße Rahmenbedingungen für das Engadiner Gewerbe ein. ..Stephan Uebersax began his career in the financial sector with an apprenticeship as a bank clerk and completed a part-time degree in business administration. During his time in investment banking and as an analyst and portfolio manager at Credit Suisse Asset Management in Zurich, he completed further training to become a certified portfolio manager and investment advisor. In 2008, he moved with his family to the Engadin, where he headed the Credit Suisse branch from 2016 onwards.
Today, Stephan Uebersax manages the Engadin region for EFG Bank AG in St. Moritz and is a member of the Executive Board Switzerland. As an audit expert in banking, he is involved in the training and further education of young professionals. He is also a member of another foundation board and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Energia Samedan. As a member of the board of HGV Samedan-Bever, he is also committed to creating attractive and modern conditions for the Engadin's business community.||

||Simon Marius Zehnder schloss 2011 das Architekturstudium an der ETH mit dem Master ab. Er konzipierte und realisierte an der ETH Zürich verschiedene Ausstellungen und absolvierte ein Nachdiplom in Kuration an der Zürcher Hochschule der Künste. Simon Marius Zehnder ist Gründer und Partner der Kreativagentur Atelier Gut GmbH. Er leitet und kuratiert den Pavillon Le Corbusier im Auftrag der Stadt Zürich, ist Teil der Programmkommission als auch der Geschäftsleitung des Museum für Gestaltung Zürich.
Die Faszination für das Gesamtkunstwerk, welches Mili Weber zu Lebzeiten vorangetrieben hat und welches noch immer für die Öffentlichkeit zugänglich als auch erlebbar ist sowie die Verbundenheit der Familie Weber zur Architektur, Natur als auch zur Kunst begeistern ihn und bilden die Grundlage, sich umfassend für den Nachlass im Sinne Mili Webers einzusetzen. ..Simon Marius Zehnder completed his master's degree in architecture at ETH Zurich in 2011. Simon Marius Zehnder is the founder and partner of the creative agency for design projects Atelier Gut GmbH. He manages and curates the Le Corbusier Pavilion on behalf of the City of Zurich and is a member of both the programme committee and the management board of the Museum für Gestaltung Zürich.
He is fascinated by the total work of art that Mili Weber promoted during her lifetime and which is still accessible and can still be experienced by the public, as well as by the Weber family's connection to architecture, nature and art. This fascination inspires him and forms the basis for his comprehensive commitment to the estate in the spirit of Mili Weber.||
